In Venezuela there are a lot of people with strong difficulties to access quality education. Most of Venezuelans from popular sectors consider that pursuing college education is not very effective for them because it does not help them to get a job in the short term.
Consequently, we identified that there is a great need to offer more agile and effective tools to professionalize the activities this people do and help them become better persons and better citizens. Training for Change seeks to generate specialized training spaces: face-to-face, virtual or remote that serve to provide tools for leadership, jobs and trades that improve the personal, professional and community status of these people.
The most important challenge is the project to become a real option for quality personal and professional growth, to strengthen the self-esteem of its participants and to generate behavioral changes that will help them in their work and personal environment.
